RealtorClips provides professional video editing and formatting services for social media platforms. Users may upload videos, specify editing preferences, and receive edited clips within approximately 24 hours.

2. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access RealtorClips services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By submitting content, you grant RealtorClips a limited, non-exclusive license to edit, process, and deliver your videos as part of the Service. You confirm that you have the legal right to upload all materials provided.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit any content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• Contains unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment

RealtorClips reserves the right to remove or refuse content that violates these standards.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

RealtorClips strives to deliver all projects within 24 hours. However, this timeframe may vary depending on file length, volume, or technical factors. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Payment and Pricing

All pricing is displayed before checkout. Payment is due at the time of order through approved payment providers. RealtorClips may change pricing at any time but will honor prices for active orders.

7. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits are issued only for verified technical failures or material quality issues, reported within five (5) business days of delivery. RealtorClips reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CivixBox, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of RealtorClips. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and systems used by RealtorClips remain the exclusive property of CivixBox, LLC. Users may not copy or reverse-engineer RealtorClips technology or branding.

10. Termination

RealtorClips reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the Service.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Idaho.
